Delivery
Local deliveries may be arranged using logistics partners such as Porter or equivalent delivery services.
For deliveries outside local service areas, shipping arrangements, costs, and timelines are communicated and approved prior to dispatch.
Customers may also opt for in-store pickup where available.
Exchange Policy
Product exchanges are not offered once delivery or installation is completed, except for manufacturer defects covered under warranty terms.
